The U.S Center of Excellence located at the beautiful Addison Penzack Jewish Community Center in Los Gatos, California. The facility not only houses our soccer pitch, it has a state of the art sports, fitness, tennis, aquatic and massage center as well as a wide range of programs for toddlers, kids, teens and adults.

Board of Directors
	Justin Weiss, U.S. Center of Excellence Director Mr. Weiss served as the Chief Operating Officer for the Addison-Penzak JCC where he helped develop membership from 300 to just over 3500 members. Currently, Justin is the Managing Partner for JkL Management.
	Michael Karr, Founder & CEO Mr. Karr started the U.S. COE in 2003 in order to combat the over 60% drop out rate of youth players after the age of twelve years by creating a professional soccer environment while creating the additonal field space needed so more kids can play and enjoy the game.
	Andy Grant, International Operations Director Mr. Grant, who resides in the UK, has worked extensively at several youth Academies and Center of Excellences in the UK. Andy is a coach educator who has experience with organizations such as The English FA and Sports Coach UK.
	Roger Mason, Secretary & Public Relations Director Mr. Mason is a founding partner of Sweeney, Mason, Wilson & Bosomworth Law Firm in Los Gatos where he has limited his practice to the representation of management in all facets of Labor and Employment Law. Roger is an elected member of the Los Gatos -Saratoga Union High School District Board of Trustees.
